Planification et performance des sociétés par actions : Cas de la Brasserie Nationale d'Haïti.
Résumé
Après des décennies de recherche, l'impact de la planification sur la performance d'une
entreprise demeure jusqu'ici incertain. Alors que certaines études ont trouvé des avantages
significatifs de la planification sur la performance, d'autres n'ont découvert aucun rapport entre
elles. Bien que l'outil décisionnel que soit la planification apporte de la valeur au fonctionnement
à court, moyen, et long terme des entreprises, son apport à leur performance reste un sujet à
explorer. De ce fait, cette présente étude examine la relation entre la planification et la
performance dans les sociétés par actions (SPA) en Haïti, plus particulièrement au sein de la
Brasserie Nationale d'Haïti, compte tenu du contexte socio-économique et politique. Dans le
cadre de notre recherche, nous avons opté pour une méthode qualitative et adopté une posture
épistémologique post-positiviste. Après avoir traité, analysé et interprété les données collectées à
l’aide du logiciel NVivo, nous avons pu confirmer nos hypothèses et sommes venus à la
conclusion que la planification, plutôt stratégique, a une incidence positive ou favorable sur la
performance des SPA en Haïti, notamment BRANA. Pour achever notre travail de recherche,
nous avons proposé quelques recommandations.

Abstract
After decades of research, the impact of planning on a company's performance remains so
far uncertain. While some studies found significant benefits of planning over performance, others
found no connection between them. Although the decision-making tool which is planning brings
value to the short-, medium-, and long-term operations of companies, its contribution to their
performance remains a subject to explore. Therefore, this present study examines the relationship
between planning and performance in Joint-Stock Companies (JSC) in Haiti, more particularly
within the Brasserie Nationale d'Haïti, considering the socio-economic and political context. As
part of our research, we opted for a qualitative method and adopted a post-positivist
epistemological posture. After processing, analyzing, and interpreting the data collected using
the NVivo software, we were able to confirm our hypotheses and came to the conclusion that
planning, rather strategic, has a positive or favorable impact on the performance of JSCs in Haiti,
particularly BRANA. To complete our research work, we proposed some recommendations.
