Fonctions
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Oversee management of all areas of Manufacturing to produce products and direct activities so that approved products are manufactured on-schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
• Achieve performance level below the KPI Targets and Efficiency numbers.
• Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs that guides in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
• Direct and monitor plant managers to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with the customer SOP. Act as liaison between plant management/subordinate levels, as well as, executive/plant manager. Inform team on, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff performance. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with policy. Ensure compliance with Haiti, Code of de Travail. Consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
• Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data. Direct MODULES towards improved implementation and maintenance of production standards.
• Implement a fully functional supply chain management/production control infrastructure.
• Maintenance and accuracy of data in our system (input and issuance from inventory, labor reporting, payroll, union issues and modules, etc.)

7. Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques.
• Direct and coordinate various programs essential to manufacturing procedures (e.g., customer SOP, training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security, etc.).
• Initiate and coordinate major projects, (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.).
• Keep current on information affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.
Qualifications Requises
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business administration, or a 4-year technical degree
• 5 + years’ experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operations
• Computer proficient with ability to present functional specifications is a plus
