Fonctions

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Essential Functions
-Assist in /Process National staff Payroll
-Assist in/Process preparation of monthly tax payments
-Bank and Balance sheet reconciliations
-Check handwriting
-Bookkeeping
-Voucher preparation
-Support in audit preparation

2. Non-Essential Functions

• Filing
• Petty cash Management.


Qualifications Requises

3. Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting
- One year (1) of experience in Accounting
- Experience working in working in a stressful environment (desirable)
- Familiarity with the Haitian context
-Fluency in Creole and French (required)
-Good level of competence in spoken and written English (desired)



4. Required Skills:
-Basic knowledge in English
-Basic knowledge in Accounting
-Basic Knowledge in MS Office
-Analytic and quantitative skills
