The AVANSE Project team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with experience in monitoring and evaluation to join its M&E Team.
Fonctions
Specific Tasks:
• Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation system and maintain reporting procedures and guidelines in compliance with USAID and DAI Home Office systems.
• Contribute to employ and oversee a rigorous monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress of all activities and outputs, including a strong focus on evaluating gender awareness and participation in all project activities.
• Support regularly PHS survey
• Maintain filling system update
• Conduct regularly the intern Data Quality Assurance
• Contribute to train the surveyors and contribute to the survey
• Develop specialized monitoring tools and data collection protocols to ensure accurate collection and verification.
• Track project progress and evaluate its impact in an integrated manner allowing for ongoing learning and program adjustments.
• Coordinate and oversee project impact evaluation activities to assess the outcomes and impacts of project activities, especially efforts funded through sub-awards.
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications:
• At least five (5) years of professional work experience developing, implementing, and managing M&E systems.
• At least five years of professional work experience in M&E systems for rural/agricultural development.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent team-work skills
• Fluency in French and Haitian Creole required, English a plus
• Diploma in management, agricultural development, statistic and development
• Strong background and training in field research methodologies.
