Compassion International, a Christian Child development organization invites applications for the following position:

TRAINING SUPERVISOR

The Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising the training section. He interprets, contextualizes and implements global and regional training for Compassion’s Holistic Child Development Model. He evaluates training content and delivery.

1. Close walk with God; wise and consistent behavior; stewardship based on evangelical Christian values; very broad and deep expertise in the area of human growth and development, preferably in child development.
2. University degree in Management/Leadership or Adult Education/Training.
3. Three years’ experience in management.
4. Five years training or adult education experience.
5. Train-the-trainer experience.
6. Able to foster open communication and accomplish goals with many stakeholders involved
7. Able to supervise high level professionals.
8. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in languages relevant the country and in English.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for relating cross-departmentally and organizationally

Ability to drive a car and travel.

at least 40 hours a week.
