Job Description
M& E Specialist

M&E Specific Requirements. Ability to:
Quickly establish a solid familiarity with the new database structure and how to use it.
Entering and Evaluate incoming data to ensure completeness and flag issues
Monitor database to ensure that data remain clean, organized, and are complete
Generate reports
Follow protocols (e.g., for cleaning data, documenting changes made in database)

General Characteristics
Strong attention to detail
Facility with numbers, spreadsheets, databases, reports
Solid French proficiency (oral and written language); English proficiency (oral and written language) a strong plus
Willingness to work as part of a team and to take direction
Willingness to travel to project locations as needed to gather data
Ability to learn and follow systems and protocols
Interest in and aptitude for information technology, particularly as it applies to M&E and assessments
Recommended Characteristics:
Past experience in education or child protection sector
Experience participating in, and ideally providing M&E support to, large scale assessments
