Overview: The Supply Chain Specialist will undertake strategic leadership in supply chain management to ensure effective program implementation for the SIDALE project.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and support implementation of supply chain management systems.
2. Facilitate training and development of supply chain teams at LPTFs for effective performance
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain and advise on remedial measures
4. Support integration of AR Program and Partners’ supply chain systems with other systems for efficiency and sustainability.
5. Advise program management on supply chain related issues
6. Prepare periodic reports on supply chain for decision making
7. Working closely with SIDALE Program Coordinator in the oversight of the functions of SIDALE LPTF Pharmacist
8. Ensure proper chain supply management, reporting, and administration of projects by local partners.
9. Collect, review, and disseminate reports from on technical assistance activities in a timely manner.
10. Maintain open lines of communication with local implementing partners and work with Program coordinator and health system strengthening officer to assist facilities in developing a plan for integration of HIV meds, supplies, clinic services and systems into the wider health system structure of the health facility.

Qualifications Requises
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 2 years Experience in supply chain management
At least 5 years experience in medical supply chain management
Experience in supply chain management related to public health programs, pharmaceutical management and HIV & AIDS.
Fluency in French, Creole and English
