In compliance with Accounting procedures of FINCA HAITI, the Financial Analyst is in charge of precision, transmission on time and quality of financial information to the CEO. The Financial Analyst will revise and verify the conformity of all financial reports and deposit slips produced by department of credit in order to corroborate the precision of the calculations. The Financial Analyst will analyse the monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts and solve all the errors found. The FA will review all the datas submitted by the Chief Accountant and analyse all errors. The FA will take part of anual audit if needed. The FA will have responsability to duly assembly togeter all monthly reports in order to submit to the CEO within the set time limit.

•Diploma in Economic Sciences, Administrative Management, Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline
•Advanced Excel
•Demonstrate self confidence and initiative
•Fluently speaking and writting of Creole, French and English

•Exhaustive analyse of each payment schedule versus real payments ; Once the last payment is made in order to determine if portfolio is not over or under evaluated.
•Inform immediately Chief Accountant and assist in solving portfolio gaps
•Complete end of month reports in order to submit to the CEO within set time limit.
•Prepare monthly exhaustif report on portfolio balance in order to submit within set time limit to the CEO.
