Introduction
NRECA International seeks a Customer Service Specialist with previous experience in customer service engagement, strategy and interaction with communities to join the management team for a USAID–funded project in northeastern Haiti. The project involves provision of modern electric service and integration of mobile money systems for customer service systems. Fonctions The position is responsible for consumer registration and accounting, “one-point service,” carrying out programs promoting effective uses of electricity, and communicates directly with consumers and community leaders promoting the project, explaining obligations, and resolving complaints. Position also manages monthly meter reading, billing, collections, initial connections, and disconnections for non-payment.
