Deloitte Consulting is currently recruiting for an anticipated USAID program in Haiti focused on value chain development.
Deloitte Consulting’s Emerging Markets practice has worked with governments and donor agencies to build the institutions, legal framework, and policies required for effective economic governance and private sector growth since 1988.
Fonctions
The Workforce Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying workforce development needs for each Value Chain, crafting alliances between private sector and training institutions to enhance curricula, and collaborating with training institutions to design and implement workforce development programs for priority occupations and competencies.
Qualifications Requises
•5 years experience with workforce development programs in Haiti;
•Demonstrated experience developing alliances with private sector;
•USAID experience preferred;
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
•Fluent in Creole, French and Proficiency in English.
•University degree in a relevant discipline required;
•Masters degree in relevant field preferred
