The desired candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in international development with a strong focus on Advocacy and Campaign; extensive professional knowledge and experience in partnership development and Networking;
Demonstrated skills and experiences in capacity building for Community based organizations
A degree in a relevant discipline, proven strategic, analytical and research skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for diverse audiences are required for this position.
A strong commitment to human rights and socio-economic justice and a proven track record in exercising human rights is also desirable
