Under the overall supervision of the chief, emergency operations service (TCEO), the functional guidance of the FAO Representative, the direct supervision of the emergency coordinator, and the Agriculture Cluster coordinator Headquaters, will me mainly responsible for assisting in production written material needed by the cluster in particular,he/she will:

- Write minutes for the cluster meetings
- Respond to written requests for basic information by email
- Assist in producing written material for the cluster.
- Perform other duties as may be assigend by the Agriculture Cluster Coordinator.

- At least 2-3 years experience writng reports, preferably for an NGO/UN agency.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must have interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Fluency in both french and english languages are required
- Perfect written french.
