a. To lead the raising process of resources for the HT NA and its adequate use, as well production and circulation of appropriate information for SOS-CV stakeholders.

a. University qualification in Management, Economy or similar area
b. Unless 3 years of working experiences in managerial area
c. Good knowledge of financial procedures, and Haitian financial and accounting regulations
d. Good knowledge of Haitian economical and social reality
e. Large experience in leading working teams
f. Performance on English and Spanish languages
g.

a. Insure that financial, sponsorship, communication and fundraising services are well organized and well done in the appropriate time
b. Lead a working team
c. Supervise and support working coworkers of areas mentioned above in 3.a. and
d. To insure production and distribution of information for SOS-CV stakeholders
