Ensure quality waste collection services are delivered to project beneficiaries. Liaise between targeted communities and the CRS Solid Waste team.

1. Collaborate with camp representatives to identify waste collection points and to sensitize the community on the importance of solid waste management;
2. Ensure waste has been removed from established waste collection points and work with the landfill controller to ensure waste was properly disposed;
3. Identify eligible camps for waste collection services based on established criteria for inclusion in the project;
4. Collaborate with the solid waste team to maintain a mechanism for assuring quality services are delivered to beneficiaries by waste collection contractors;
5. Perform other duties as necessary or requested.

Bachelors Degree in management, natural resource management, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in project management;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work in teams in various circumstances;
• Ability to manage staff;
• Experience working with a diverse number of partners, including governmental partners;
• Experience in the area of solid waste management is a plus
