L. Marcius Joseph & Associates, LLC is seeking a highly detail-oriented Immigration Case Manager to support our immigration legal team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and overall quality of asylum applications and other USCIS/EOIR filings prior to final attorney review.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, focused, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and compliance are essential. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established review protocols, and excellent communication skills.
We are especially seeking bilingual professionals fluent in Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English to support our diverse client base and growing legal team.

Position Summary
The Immigration Case Manager is responsible for managing immigration cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures that all case documentation, deadlines, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently
Qualifications Requises
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather required immigration documentation
• Open, organize, and maintain immigration case files (digital and physical)
• Track USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court deadlines to ensure timely filings
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and next steps
• Prepare and organize immigration applications and supporting evidence (including I-589, I-130, I-485, and work permit applications)
• Request, review, and upload documents into case management systems
• Coordinate attorney reviews and follow established firm filing procedures
• Assist with RFEs, biometrics appointments, interviews, court dates, and case follow-ups
