Introduction

As a leading operator in the sports betting and gaming industry, with a strong presence across Africa and emerging markets, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at our office in Cap-Haitian, Haiti.
Joining us means being part of an established and successful group with over 12 years of market presence, while contributing to the growth and impact of our worldwide team.

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with direct oversight of the Marketing and Customer Support teams. The role focuses on aligning people, processes, and resources so teams can perform efficiently, collaborate effectively, and deliver consistent results in line with business objectives.
This role acts as the bridge between leadership and operational teams, turning strategy into practical execution while maintaining a positive, well-organised working environment.


Fonctions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities as Operations Manager will include:
- Adapting the group strategy while defining and leading the local strategy
- Managing the day-to-day operations across Marketing, Customer Support, and Administrative functions
- Overseeing the production and execution of local marketing campaigns
- Managing and leading the marketing team (designers, social media managers, etc.)
- Overseeing customer support operations, service levels, and customer experience standards
- Ensuring operational excellence through process optimization, coordination of administrative workflows, and compliance with internal procedures
- Tracking performance, KPIs, and reporting directly to the General Manager


Qualifications Requises

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Marketing Strategy / Brand Content / Social Media / Brand Activations / Media Buying / Partnerships.
Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Support Operations / Operational Excellence / Administrative & Office Management / Process Optimization.

Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and English.
Years of experience: 10 years
