Introduction

The General Manager (GM) will serve as the senior leader responsible for driving SunPower Store / Sun Wave’s strategic vision, financial performance, and overall business growth. This role encompasses leadership of all commercial, financial, operational, and technical functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to be the leading provider of premium solar solutions in Haiti and the Caribbean.


Fonctions

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth


Define and execute growth strategies for national expansion into provinces.


Strengthen brand positioning and ensure delivery of high-quality, large-scale solar solutions.


Develop and oversee partnerships to drive commercial procurement, sales, and market share.


Financial Oversight


Lead financial planning, P&L management, and reporting processes in coordination with the finance team.


Oversee receivables management and implement strong cash flow discipline.


Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and profitable scaling.


Commercial & Sales Leadership


Drive large-scale solar installations (industrial, commercial, and retail projects).


Build and manage a strong sales team to expand customer reach.


Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.



Operations & Technical Oversight


Ensure effective integration between warehouse, procurement, and technical teams.


Oversee execution of installations and service delivery, maintaining reliability and quality.


Lead the roll-out of new service initiatives, including the warranty & technician support app.


Organizational Development


Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance across all teams.


Recruit, develop, and mentor senior staff to strengthen leadership capacity.


Implement strong management systems for consistency and scalability.


Qualifications Requises

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).


8–10+ years of senior management experience, preferably in renewable energy, industrial solutions, or a related sector.


Strong track record in P&L management, market expansion, and organizational leadership.


Demonstrated ability to scale operations and lead cross-functional teams.


Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Bilingual in French and English (Spanish a plus).
