Introduction
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of SunPower Store / Sun Wave, ensuring seamless coordination across supply chain, warehouse management, procurement, technical capacity, and service delivery. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support the company’s growth into new markets.
Fonctions
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Supervise SunPower warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, storage, and inventory flow.
Implement efficient systems for tracking inbound/outbound orders, stock levels, and replenishment needs.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and landed costs.
Procurement & Supply Chain
Manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability of solar products (batteries, inverters, panels, accessories).
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and align supply with demand forecasts.
Monitor importation processes, customs clearance, and cost optimization.
Technical Operations
Support technician scheduling and resource allocation for installations and service calls.
Ensure proper execution of installation projects (warehouses, factories, retail sites).
Monitor quality assurance, health and safety, and adherence to technical standards.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Develop and enforce operational procedures to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost control.
Provide regular reports on inventory status, procurement performance, and operational KPIs.
Identify bottlenecks in logistics, installations, or service delivery and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications Requises
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or warehouse management, ideally in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory systems.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Fluency in French and English (Spanish a plus).
