The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring efficient stock management within the warehouse. This role involves monitoring inventory movements, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies. The Warehouse Inventory Clerk will collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Fonctions
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory items.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
• Perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Update inventory records in the database or inventory management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on stock availability.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to coordinate replenishment orders.
• Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including picking and packing items.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Any other task in the competence of a Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Qualifications Requises
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in logistics and Inventory management
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics and inventory management
