The Voucher Distribution Officers on the Food Security program is an important program person in the field office for the Food Security Program supported by USAID/FFP. The Program will provide vouchers to eligible households that they can redeem for food items at participating Voucher Distributions. The Voucher Distribution Officer will develop a schedule to distribute vouchers to participating households on a regular basis. He/she will help ensure that program deliverables are met in the geographic zone and the quality of the program is high.
Fonctions
• Develop weekly and monthly work plans with the team. Coordinate work with Community Mobilizers and Vendor Officers to ensure the program progresses according to schedule. In particular, work closely with the Community Mobilizers to ensure that households are aware of voucher distribution days.
• Under the supervision of the Program Manager, develop protocols for the distribution of the vouchers. Follow protocols for each distribution. Protocols should ensure that vouchers are easily accountable for and distribution transparent.
• In collaboration with the Security Focal Point and Security Officers, organize voucher distributions. Including, site selection and methodology for verifying households.
• Inspect vouchers prior to distribution to ensure the number and order is correct and printing on vouchers is accurate. Report any problems to the Team Leader.
• Provide daily reports regarding voucher distributions conducted, maintain strict control over vouchers at all times.
• Monitor progress against indicators in collaboration with the Monitoring Team.
• Document lessons learned and success stories on the project.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Honest, hardworking and committed to community development.
• Computer skills strongly preferred.
• Fluent in French.
