• Configuration & Maintenance of new Cisco Devices
• Provide support to the PBX call canter users, Nortel,,Symposium
• Produce report on System Health, and Key performance indicators
• Troubleshooting of Network related issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows 2003 server.

Qualifications Requises
• University degree in Telecommunications and/or Computer Sciences
• Cisco certification CCNA is preferred
• 2 to 4 years experience in field
• Must be able to function in demanding high pressure environment
• Sense of ethics and responsibilities
• Willingness to work after hours when required
• Proficient in French and English
IT and IP troubleshooter,hard working for new challenge.
Mastering cisco IOS and PBX concept
IVR language is a plus.
