Fonctions
To support the Foundation team in managing its increasing portfolio of projects; to assume full responsibility for financial matters for a 12 month period.
• Full responsibility for financial management of the Foundation
• Raising POs, organizing bill payments and maintaining up to date position on Foundation expenditure
• Preparing monthly financial reports on project expenditure for the Foundation board meetings
• Managing cash flows
• Maintaining records
• Dealing with the bank
• Securing multiple quotes from suppliers and negotiating prices
• Working with the Chief Executive on a daily basis to ensure efficient financial management
• Working with the external auditors to ensure a positive annual outcome
Qualifications Requises
• Qualified Accountant
• Experience of preparing reports
• Experience of a dispersal organisation / NGO
Qualified and experienced accountant.
High level of experience with accounting systems, Excel and ideally Great Plains
Oral and written French. Oral English is also required
