Fonctions
To manage the Dealer Channel and Distribution activation events.
To plan and manage all internal Sales events.
? Organize and manage the Mystery shopper program.
? Organize and manage the Dealer incentive program.
? Organize Dealer meetings and other dealer & POS events.
? Animate the Mystery shopper and Dealer incentive program daily through the network
? Coordinate all sales events and meetings.
? Provide weekly bulletin on what’s happening in the network.
? Provide feedback received from Store staff to commercial team.
? Make recommendations on how to motivate Dealer front-line employee
? Make recommendations on how to maintain loyalty towards Digicel
? Organize Dealer front-line employee trainings
? Assist Retail Manager in improving overall customer experience in stores
Qualifications Requises
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project management
Typing and computing Skills
Experience and training in product/service selling, customer experience is a plus
Minimum 2 years experience in Retail, Event planning or Marketing
Social skills
Good interpersonal skills
