Fonctions
To support efforts at ensuring the company’s image in marketing communications for its Digicel Broadband services includes but not limited to advertising and collateral development is kept at a consistently high level and also to maintain an excellent level of relationship with advertising and public relation agencies, the media and other key stakeholders in business, government and society.
1. Liaise with, and manage advertising agencies and printers
2. Liaise with ad agency on development of new creative, advertising and media planning
3. Liaise with Publishers to ensure deadlines are kept and there is a constant supply of communications material
4. Develop and maintain all external advertising communications.
5. Manage the production of all collateral material at point of sale. e.g. Welcome letters, welcome pack product guide, pricing guide, roaming guide, FAQ, set up guides, corporate & consumer sales guide, web pages etc.
6. Develop scripts for all call center announcements.
7. Identify media sponsorships that Digicel should be involved with and develop appropriate promotions advertising around all sponsorships
8. Work with Sponsorship Team to ensure all events are properly coordinated
9. Have budget responsibility for campaign budgets as assigned by the Head of Marketing
10. Liaise with OEM (handset manufacturers) re coop funding.
Qualifications Requises
• BSc in Marketing
• 3 -5 years experience working in an aggressive FMCG organization
1. Good understanding of development processes.
2. Ability to multi-task.
3. Good communicator - writing, speaking (without notes) to many audiences,
4. Computer literate
5. Presentation skills.
