Fonctions
To act as the first point of contact for customers with varying degrees of problems and complaints and assist customers with complaints and direct them accordingly. To ensure that cheques are properly disbursed and provide documents to couriers for pick up and dispatch. Manage the daily distribution of supplies to all areas of the business.
1. Handle customer queries and complaints (both internal and external)
2. Monitor and distribute stationery, cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and kitchen supplies.
3. Issue supplies to the different departments.
4. Log and issue cheques to dealers, suppliers and staff members.
5. Make overseas calls and transmit faxes upon request from various departments.
6. Monitor the office attendant/s to ensure that all toilets, kitchen facilities and other office furniture and fixtures are kept to standard.
Qualifications Requises
• One to two years in Customer Service or related area
• Minimum of 5 CXC
