Fonctions
To manage Digicel's relationship with it's
Corporate Customer Network while ensuring that sales targets are met through attracting new customers as well as retaining the existing assigned customers within the sector/s.
1. Achieve monthly assigned sales targets within the sectors by maximizing face to face selling time.
2. Develop/maintain customer base and contacts.
3. Develop and make presentations to customers/prospective customers.
4. Execute promotional plans.
5. Develop/maintain journey plan for customer base and contacts.
6. Develop/Manage/Maintain relationship with Corporate customers
- Follow up and resolve complaints
- Ensure customer treatment is appropriate
- Continuous involvement in Corporate Social activity
7. Assist in executing Corporate Sales channel strategy.
8. Research & report on competitor activity.
9. Drive revenues by developing creative customer propositions and implementing solutions and programmes at the corporate customer level to increase air time.
10. Manage/minimize churn and debtor exposure.
11. Manage Dealer Relationships to ensure win-win for all stakeholders
Qualifications Requises
• A diploma or degree in Business
• At least five years sales/account management experience
• Good communication skills both oral & in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
