Fonctions

Responsible for the accurate and timely billing for postpaid subscribers.1. Ensure all billing issues are addressed in timely manner to avoid any delays in the monthly printing of bills.
2. Ensure subscription fees are correctly applied each month to subscriber’s accounts.
3. Ensure that bundled minutes, CUG fees and subscriber payments are all properly recorded and appearing correctly on the bills.
4. Perform quality checks on sample of bills to ensure that the correct rate is applied for all calls in every case.
5. Train and assist customer care and corporate sales in explaining bills and billing cycle.
6. Deal with billing queries from customers and internal departments in efficient manner.
7. Liaise with accounting department in accurately reporting postpaid revenue and receipts.


Qualifications Requises

• Minimum 2 year College diploma/degree in finance or another related technical degree.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and through email and other written communication must be able to understand Telecom billing system.
• Must be able to fully use Microsoft Office products
• Must have at least 2 years experience in billing or finance related area.
• Must be completely confidential in handling of subscriber’s accounts and call records.
