Responsible for the Finance Department
• To provide accurate, timely and reliable financial information to the Finance Director/ CEO and shareholders.
• To develop, implement and monitor financial controls and procedures of the company.

1 Supervision/Directing of
- Payroll function
- Tax returns and the maintenance of statutory creditors
- Production of Daily bank reconciliation/Banking and funding issues Ongoing
- Company policies eg Delegated authorities, Insurance etc
- Accounts payable receivables functions
2 Financial/Management reporting
3 Responsible for the production of weekly and monthly financial reports to support the Weekly/Monthly operational decisions of the company
4 Production of adequate financial records supporting the results of the company Daily
5 Negotiating of payment terms with major suppliers Ongoing
6 Production and distribution of the company's annual budget Ongoing
7 Implementation of a budgeting and rolling forecast process Ongoing
8 Production of the weekly cash flow weekly, monthly, annually
9 Preparation and supervision for annual audit

? ACCA Qualification
? Over 10 years financial experience
? Experience as a Financial Controller
? Excellent communication skills
? People management skills
? Good negotiation skills
