Fonctions

Responsible for the detection, analysis, resolution, measurement, and prevention of all Revenue Assurance problems and Product Fraud problems. 1. Detect, Analyze, Measure, and Resolve all Revenue related problems involving procedures, systems, and personnel.
2. Report all these Revenue related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution, the status of the resolution to Digicel executives.
3. Determine Processes, Systems, and Policies that will prevent all Revenue related problems.
4. Detect, Analyze, Measure, and Resolve all product Fraud related problems involving procedures, systems, and personnel.
5. Report all these product Fraud related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution, the status of the resolution to Digicel executives.
6. Determine Processes, Systems, and Policies that will prevent all product Fraud related problems.
7. Manage the team that collectively performs these duties and responsibilities


Qualifications Requises

• Minimum 4 year College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or another related technical degree.
• MBA or other related graduate degree is preferred.

• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and through email and other written communication must be able to understand Telecom systems and networks, eg. Billing, Mediation, Collections, Customer Care, Provisioning, Telecom Networks, Signaling concepts, VOIP, IP Networks.
• Must be able to fully use Microsoft Office products
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Telecoms.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Management
• Must be able to understand Legal and Regulatory constraints.
