Introduction

o Provide administrative support to the WiMAX GM & Other Senior Members of the management team.
o Provide administrative support to the overall WiMAX team, while maintaining a professional image through in-person and phone interaction.


Fonctions

Provide Administrative Support
o Prepare and modify business correspondence (letters, memo, general documentation, e-mails etc) as assigned.
o Compile data and prepare various reports and presentations as directed.
o Maintain calendar and communicate timely communicate any changes for appointments/meetings as well as set up meeting rooms.
o Organize weekly team meetings as and when required, following up with team members on action items and updating action list prior to meeting.
o Generate Purchase Orders and following up-with Accounts department to ensure that payments are made for each job completed and manage against the department’s OPEX budget.
o Organize and communicate travel arrangements and itineraries.
o Effectively manage flow of phone calls and visitors.
o Maintain vacation and absence schedule for the department and advise the GM where there are possible clashes for key people.
o Maintain electronic and hard copy files.
Other Administrative support:
o Interface with other administrators within Digicel.
o Order Business Cards for the dept.
o Screen calls and visitors for the GM.
o Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing or any other day to day communications as required.
o Perform related and other duties as assigned by the senior managers in the WiMAX Dept.


Qualifications Requises

o Diploma in Administrative Studies.
o Two (2) years experience in Administrative management, and should include the coordination and performance of duties at a responsible level.
o Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills.
o Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
o Superior verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in use of all office machinery.
o High level of confidentiality
o Keen eye for detail
o Ability to work on own initiative while effectively and efficiently coordinating multiple tasks
