Primary objective of the job:

? To monitor and maintain the sales and distribution of handset, SIM cards, recharge scratch cards and electronic and all digicel new products in a specific area of the country

? To develop in the territory assigned (increase number of Distributor’s Shops, retailer’s POS, HORECA management, Payphone…) in to increase sales of handsets, card SIM scratch, cards, electronic recharge and.

? To execute the implementation of the Retail and Distribution strategies in a specific area of the country

? To train and support the distributor partners’ employees and retailers in that area

? To help distribution partners in making their business plan and monthly activities in order to achieve the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

? To monitor the sales and inventories of handsets, Sim cards and recharge and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on the distribution network

? To make respect policies, procedures and standards put in place.

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

? A first degree in management
? Financial / accounting experience
? Audit experience
? Sales and marketing experience
? Knowledge of the territory (on the geographical, social, cultural level, etc.)

? Knowledge of the psychology of consumption

? Knowledge of the techniques of product promotions

? Knowledge of the local market and the telecoms

? Knowledge customer service and GSM language

Functional Skills:

? Computer literate; Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
? Sales and marketing experience
? Accounting experience
? Good communication skills (oral & written)
? High level of interpersonal skills
? Good analytical skills
? Ability to balance interaction at multiple levels from Senior Management to clerks.
