Program Adviser

1. Bachelor’s degree in: Agriculture, Political Science, Community Development, Business Administration or any related field. Master’s degree holder is desirable
2. 5 years at least of work experience including 3 years in implementing Agriculture and Emergency Response projects and 3 years of supervision experience
3. Experience of project management/coordination in managing FSL projects, project cycle management and strategic planning, administration, finance and logistics in Haiti
4. Basic competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet required
5. Good command of the English language
