Hello!

We're looking for career coaches and/or recruiters to acts as tutors for the Wisar Academy training programs (https://wisar.pro/academy).

Preferred location: Haiti (candidates based in other countries in the same or nearby time zones will also be considered).

The tutor must ensure that the participants of the training program:

1. Complete the program at the expected pace

2. Acquire the knowledge defined in the objective of each module, validated by the deliverables and reinforced by the feedback given

3. Demonstrate mastery of the knowledge acquired by putting it into practice during the program


These times include the weekly documentation of progress of participants in the Wisar system.

To meet the objectives of the program, tutors must conform to the following profile:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and / or career coaching (selection of personnel / accompaniment to candidates in the search for work).
2. Experience as a facilitator of training programs
3. Proficiency in English AND (French OR Spanish)
4. Attitude of service, interest in the development of others, empathy
5. Good communication skills
6. Good management of digital communications and tools
7. Availability of a computer with reliable internet connection
8. Interest for acquiring new knowledge and learning new tools
9. Work experience on freelancing platforms is valued, but it is not mandatory

Required availability: Full time 7-31 Mar 2022

Each tutor is expected to give the following dedication during the program:

• Training: 12 hours
• Theoretical tutorials: 1 hour of support per candidate assigned for each training module (8 hours in total per candidate)
• Practical tutorials: 1 hour of support per candidate assigned for each week of practical activity (4 hours in total per candidate)
• Office hours: 1 hour of support in the weekly Q&A session (1 per tutor during training)

100% remote with flexible hours
