The Project Engineer Supervisor will be responsible to support the Project Engineering department/ team on the plan and execution of the new Haiti Plant. This person will be responsible for ensuring the correct and safe execution of project, as well as ensuring its costs and timeline to be kept and the allocation of the resources to do so. Reports to Project Engineering manager – doted line to project manager (PMO)

1 Detailed Engineering (2 months)
1. Prepare and lead the Detailed Engineering timeline
2. Lead Project meetings (Engineering company – Site owner – Unilever Team)
3. Follow up “action item list” and minute
4. Weekly report
6. Monthly report
7. Cost Estimate review
2 Procurement (2 months)
1. Prepare and lead the Procurement timeline
2. Prepare Procurement Plan
3. Engage with procurement team
4. Prepare Procurement Packages and invitations
5. Coordinate meetings with suppliers
6. Technical evaluation and decision
7. Technical final recommendation/acceptance
3 Project kick off and Construction (2 months)
1. Guarantee Construction Safety application on safety – 5S, audits, accident/incident report, manhour report and control
2. Prepare and lead Construction Timeline
3. Purchase orders creation and validation/contractors hiring
4. Kick off meetings
5. Resource Allocation
6. Activities evaluation and authorization
6. Follow up “action item list” and minute
7. Weekly report
8. Monthly report
9. CapEx Control
Qualifications Requises
Education: Engineering, preferably mechanical, Eletrical, Industrial, Automation
Language requirements: English, French, creole, Spanish considered differential
Technical knowledge in industrial installations (Foods desired, acceptable HPC and chemicals previous experience). Desirable PMBOK previous training or demonstrated experience.
MS Office – Must have
MS Project – Desired
AutoCAD – Desired
Experience in project management (1-5 Mi Eur projects at least).
Experience on layout design and decision.
Experience on CapEx Management.
Experience on contractor’s management.
Logical Thinking, Conciliation skills, Organization and discipline are must have.
