Introduction
POSITION : Sales Development Manager
AREA : Metropolitan Zone, Possibility Extension in the North and South side of the country
Expected Duty schedule :
- On the Field Participation (75%)
- In Office Participation: 25%
Fonctions
Role & Responsibility : Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales Dev. Manager will have the responsibilities to :
- Ensure the business profile of our company is still well-known while multiplying sales,
- Develop strategy to augment brand equity and enhance customer loyality,
- Develop and reinforce relationship with all up our Trade customers,
- Create successfull srategy to satisfy the needs of our customers
- Work Closely with the Marketing department to formulate effective marketing campains to enhance product visibility and company credibility,
- Review in a constant basis competitors pricing in order for retaining and
growing our market share,
- Ensure the supervision of all the Salesmen up the Trade (Supermarkets, Hotels, Restaurants, Fast Foods,…)
- Review in a monthly basis the goals establish for each Salesman
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Enhance good leadership with the ability to coordinate the work and make a good assessment of each salesman goal.
- Enforce the visiting schedule that is proposed and approved by the Sales Director.
- Coordinate Sales schedules in order to avoid conflict in team visits.
- Evaluate the visiting schedules of sales agents and other significant sales elements (performance, ethics, service to Clients,…) that relate to our clients
- Assist the Sale’s Team in managing and maintaining a close relationship with
the following sectors : Supermarkets, Hotels, Restaurants and possibly Wholesalers
And, any other additional function required by the department, including support for the programs, policies and business and regional initiative of the company

Qualifications Requises
Qualifications : Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. From an accredited university.
At least 4 years experience in sales related field.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in French, Kreyol, English (Spanish a plus).
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
Ability to learn and work with new systems as needed.
Conditions de travail
Proposed Salary for a trial period of 3 months : - $USD 2000 / month
- HTG 2,500 / month for fuel allocation
Salary after the trial period : - $USD 2,500 / month
- HTG 2,500 / month for fuel allocation
- Monthly bonus / performance based % attempt on Sale’s team goals
