Fonctions
The Mobilization Reservationist will work alongside the Fermathe Mobilization Director, Le Phare Mobilization Director and Director of Mobilization Operations to effectively organize, schedule, reserve and execute various reservations made for the Fermathe conference center and Camp Le Phare.

Conditions particulières
• Take reservations for in-country trips to Camp Le Phare
o Generally responsible for recording and scheduling reservations requested for Camp Le Phare for all In-Country reservations.
o Communicate event details and schedule with Camp Le Phare staff to ensure execution.
o Receive deposit and event payment
• Take reservations for in-country trips to the Fermathe Conference Center
o Generally responsible for recording and scheduling reservations requested for the Fermathe conference center for all In-Country reservations.
o Communicate event details and schedule with Fermathe staff who will plan and execute the event.
o Receive deposit and event payment.
o Coordinate with ASEBACH leadership on use of conference center
• Oversee execution of all events and hold ultimate responsibility for the events taking place.
