The Hope Smiles/JP HRO Dental Program and the Haiti Health Network, is Hiring a Dental program Director. The Dental Program Director will ensure all objectives are carried out with excellence and compassion. Participate in and lead dental outreach and education events and represent Dental Program on the JP HRO Leadership team. Report quarterly on status of program and how dental care is improving in Haiti as a result of the work.

. Working Leader Role-This position will require working closely with the entire JP HRO clinic team to support and share their work. This position will require the candidate to balance the Clinical/non-clinical workload for the best desired outcomes.
. Report to JP HRO Country director and service on JP HRO leadership representing the Hope Smiles/JP HRO Dental Program.
. Partner relations- Maintain communication with all existing partners. Pursue new partnership opportunities.
. Reporting- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports that relay program financials, key clinical indicators, and overall impact of the program to leaders and donors
. Budgeting- Understand and operate within given budget constraints
. Mobile Program- Lead and direct mobile program. Establish and enforce best practices. Ensure all operations run efficiently including inventory, equipment, and personnel management.
. Work closely with the entire JP HRO clinic team to support/ share their work
. Organize and direct all visiting Hope Smile CE trainings that are led by HS NA professionals
. Conduct Haitian led CE trainings at clinic and at National conferences throughout the year
. Public relations- Seek out and represent Hope Smiles and Haiti Health Network at in country conferences

. Doctorate of dentistry degree from Haitian or foreign dental school
. Leadership experience
. Speaking/ teaching abilities
. Basic business operations training- Budgeting, reporting, inventory management, etc
