Our client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Manager to complete its team.
Fonctions
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring department KPIs, making deployments to improve results
- TPM implementation (related to Maintenance Engineering)
- Setting up SLAs (critical equipment), organizing contract management and ensuring planning & execution
- Translating legal and quality requirements into Maintenance Plans
- The custody of the Maintenance System (Maximo, CMMS)
- Closing gaps in follow up of department Maintenance Processes & Tasks
- Leading a team that delivers, and continuously updates Maintenance Plans, and monitors execution
- Translates legal and quality requirements into Maintenance Plans (such as calibration)
- Defines prepares overhauls by defining work scope
- Understands equipment condition, obsolescence and defines a restoration plan
- Supports BDAs that identify root causes and reduce losses from Breakdowns
- Maintains master data for Assets and Spare Parts (including technical clarifications with Suppliers)
- Manages modifications involving suppliers and/or Heineken best practices
- Manages Safe Interventions compliance
- Manages Asset information, such as drawings, manuals, warranties, etc
Qualifications Requises
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED EXPERIENCES, COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS
Master degree in engineering; mechanical or industrial engineering preferred
Leadership experience, having led a team,
5+ years of experience in supply chain in a production environment
Fluency in English and in French required; Fluency in Creole is preferred
TPM experience
Ability to Work under Pressure and In a Cross-Cultural Environment.
