? Ability to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours a day doing repetitive motions on a keyboard;
? Ability to lift up to 25 pounds above shoulder height;
? Ability to travel up to 5% of time per year in the US and internationally, to insecure countries or locations.

The Human Resources Manager serves as the strategic manager for the elaboration, contextualization and implementation of initiatives, policies and standards at the country level, promoting a work environment that fosters the commitment to the organizational philosophy, resulting in the graduation of communities from extreme poverty.

? Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; and certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field;
? At least three years of working experience in HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience
