IBI is currently looking for a Haitian Subcontracts Manager for a USAID-funded program based in Port-au-Prince. The Subcontracts Manager will be responsible for coordinating local subcontracting activities, under the supervision of the Chief of Party (COP) and in collaboration with the technical team.


Fonctions

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaison with the ESS+ technical team on supervising implementation of activity of local partner and work closely with the IBI home office accounting team for processing payments to local partners.

- Support the issuing of subcontracts to local partners in coordination with the IBI home office.

- Manage tasks related to the procurement of goods and services, including subcontracts to local partners, for the implementation of the project.

- Serve as the main point of contact for local partners on contractual and compliance issues.

- Ensure that all procurement processes are in compliance with USAID regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements, and IBI home office procedures.

- Setup and continuously update tracking system for subcontracts issued by the project.


Qualifications réquises

Key Qualifications:

- Holds Haitian citizenship.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience managing, subcontracts and procurement processes on a USAID-funded projects.

- Strong knowledge USG procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.??

- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced Degrees in Business Administration business, or related field.
