To support the organization and execution of all events as agreed with the Digicel Haiti sponsorship manager. To ensure that the events are best in class with regard to event branding and customer satisfaction.
Working with the sponsorship manager and executive to run Digicel events in a professional manner in keeping with Digicel event and brand guidelines.
1) Working with the sponsorship manager / executive to create the event plan
2) Liaising with all local committees, mayor etc to ensure the event is agreed.
3) Liaising with media communications team and with local media outlets to ensure maximum publicity around all events
4) Event day transport and logistical execution
5) Day to day administration. Work with the sponsorship team assistant to ensure that all payments are met etc.

College degree preferable / High school or equivalent passes a requirement.
Event experience preferred.
Customer facing job experience a requirement.
English preferred.
Good communication (written and verbal) skill
Commercial awareness – negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and support management of large events – implement the event plan through support for the event manager.
Resilience – ability to problem solving and takes constructive criticism.
