Services should include capacities to execute refurbishments previously assessed in specific rooms at the specific hospitals/health centers (see provided list) in the following jobs:

The work will consist in:

1) Conducting sites visits to prepare invoices for the selected hospitals (Optionnal);

2) Executing refurbishments in clinics, labs, secured storage and patients waiting rooms, which will serve as spaces dedicated to store supplies and medications, to provide confidential counseling and testing services, to install servers and electronic equipment, and to set up 24/7 energy and water systems in 5 clinics in 3 departments: West, North, and South, within the framework of the implementation of the PSA project.





Mainly:

- The refurbishments of the available space at each facility to ensure there are rooms that meet the requirements for patients seeking care, especially in terms of confidentiality. Furthermore, ensure that part of the space can accommodate computer servers (dry and ventilated place), among others.
- Perform the repairs necessary for plumbing systems (installation of hand washing stations, plumbing repairs and water supplies in restroom in clinics).
- Perform the repairs for electrical systems, energy backup system capable of supplying power 24/24 (Installation of inverters and batteries, cabling for generator system installation, installation of light bulbs and other electrical repairs as needed.
- Perform repair of the existing storage spaces for commodities (temperature control room, segmentation of rooms, treatment of molds and humidity.
- Perform the repairs of facilities security system (changing of door locks, adding fire extinguishers, adding extra iron security doors)
