Dear Bidder,
Catholic Relief Services is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified company to conduct the construction of 24m2 permanent shelter as shown in the drawing. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Bidders.
The permanent shelter is funded by the Catholic Relief Services, and through this RFP, 300 units new 24m2 permanent shelter will be constructed in 5 communities. Breakdowns are as follows:
