Senior Communication Center Supervisor

Provides advice and recommendations to the management on the technical supervision and other issues for all radio operator personnel;
Gives administrative guidance of radio operators in close collaboration with other units;
Ensures radio rooms are fully operational 24/7/365;

Ensures all pertinent contact info/directories are posted;
Maintains training/coaching record; Reports any breach of discipline;
Prepares and maintain up-to-date all emergency numbers;
Keep record and update the employee regional master list;
Verify and archive various documents such as staff Daily Logs, Daily Operational Reports (DORs), V-Tracking sheets and CITS check lists;
Manage the ComCenter inventory for office equipment, supplies and accessories on a monthly basis.
Maintain and validates current inventory listings on an ongoing basis;
Keep Radio Operator’s up-to-date with any information provided (i.e.: e-mails, daily postings, security messages, etc; Review and verify the Daily ComCenter Briefings and ensure that entries are done according to directions and are accurate;
Preparation and completion of the Daily,Weekly Report and the Monthly Report;
Ability to handle large volumes of work quickly and accurately under time constraints.
Proven ability to train ComCenter employees and MINUSTAH and UN AFPOs users in all facets of the telecommunication equipment;
Proven ability to organize and multi task, producing high quality work to meet timelines and detail oriented.
Perform other related duties as identified by the Supervisor.
