• Assist the Expert of Aid Coordination in Haiti based in the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE); • Reinforce the communication and coordination between the Client and directors of Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE); • Facilitate the Cross-sector coordination with department office directors of concerned ministry for the regional development; • Facilitate communication with other technical financial partners; • Facilitate the enhancement of the network for the regional development; • Facilitate the conception of a bilateral project on specific public needs; • Carry out the planning of evaluation about on-going projects; • Carry out the follow-ups, arrangements and reporting about on-going projects; • Analyze certain strategic documents issued by the Haitian Government and/or by some Technical and Financial Partners (PTF); • And, other tasks such as logistics, administration, translation and interpretation [Creole, French, English and Spanish].
