Alongside Campus Center and Conference Service staff, work to address customer
concerns, identify challenges, and resolve issues.
Responsible for safety and security of the facility and its guests; responding to any incidents,
emergencies, and working with Campus Police and other staff to resolve any safety and
security concerns.
Alongside with the Associate Director, managed the cleaning, maintenance and facility care
of the building and its inventory.
