QUALIFICATIONS and KEY COMPETENCIES • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience required • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, including network administration. • Experience with software development and maintenance required. • Knowledge of LINUX (Ubuntu server is used) required. • Understanding and experience of web service technology (WSDL, SOAP) is required. • Experience in requirements analysis and management preferred. • Experience in business process re-engineering preferred. • Experience in enterprise level data analysis preferred. • Experience in SQL Server or other leading RDBMS preferred. • Demonstrated understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business. • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others. • Fluency in written and spoken English language.
