Responsible for ensuring the strategic, administrative and financial management of educational, livelihoods and organizational reinforcement, based on a community development approach in Delmas 32.

Education Program Manager, responsible for management and delivery of results for educational, Early Childhood Development, school health and nutrition and adolescent development programs and ensure that all program activities contribute towards Save the Children’s global strategy. Deliver continuous feedback about ongoing progress and lessons learned, responsible for intersectorial linkages, development and maintenance of good relationships with local partners, representatives of MENFP and other local NGOs. Ensure educational interventions are aligned with global educational objectives, including improvement of learning environment, improvement of reading skills and increase in access to education through accelerated learning program.

In Charge for technical and financial follow-up of educational projects financed by CIDA, in the Artibonite, through the following organizations : CARE-Haiti aux Gonaives, CARITAS diocéssain des Gonaives, Commission épiscopale pour l’éducation catholique (CEEC) aux Gonaives, Fondation Paul Gérin Lajoie ( FPGL) in Saint-Marc, PRODEVA à Ennery. Participated in development of operational procedures and project selection criteria, represented CCHC at the sectorial educational talks, organized meetings with potential CIDA partners at the departmental level regarding the procedures for project acceptation, analysis of projects from partners, presenting relevant projects to members of the pilot committee for their approval, analysis of financial and technical reports submitted by partners, autorisation of payments, organizational support to the educational department for better coordination of CIDA projects, produce follow-up reports.

Field Coordinator – USAID Educational Program (MYAP) responsible for coordinating field activities in South and Grand Anse departments. Responsible for implementation and results achievement in the field. Support to program manager in the strategic development and operational program planning. Provision of support to field staff in order to achhieve better results. Representation of CRS in different educational meetings organized in the intervention zones.

Coordinator, Training and Social Unit, Education Program Artibonite and North West departments, responsible for implementation and attainment of results, field program. Assisting the Program Manager in the strategic and operational planning. Furnishing a framework to the field staff in order provide better support to school partners. Developing plans for putting activities into place, preparing trimestrial budgets, following expenses, readjustments, payments. Assuring the follow-up of quality statistics from academic communities, and the use of results in order to improve program interventions. Representation of CARE-Haiti in meetings and maintenance of a strong relationship with the educational departments of the Artibonite and North West.

Coordinator for Emergency Program ‘’ Back to school ‘’ following cyclone Jeanne in Gonaives, responsible for coordination with the department of Education in the Artibonite, rapid evaluation of the situation of affected schools in Gonaives. Data analysis and report preparation. Coordination with World Vision, ADRA, OIM, CARITAS Gonaives and ACF for school clean-up activities. Assisting the manager in project conception, coordinating implementation and result attainment in schools. Representing CARE in Education Cluster, report production.

Community and Pedagogical Officer in the education project financed by USAID, responsible for network of six school supported by Care-Haiti in Gros-Morne. Reinforcement of teachers’ and directors’ skills and facilitation of parents’ involvement in academic life.
