Work out and implement activities for children development together with the partners. 3. Coordinate and supervise the activities of six (6) different entities related to the Program (Education, Health, Curricula development Specialist, projects designed and Youth development). 4. Work out on a strategic training plan for the church partners’ development. 5. Work out and apply the budget of the department. 2)Human Resources Management specialist. Major Responsibilities 1.
