- facilitate the work in a multicultural staff with a team of about 20 members and a fleet of 7 cars.
- Ensure security monitoring at the level of the 3 departments (South, Nippes and Grande Anse) of the project to facilitate the work of the staff in the field considering the current context.
- Ensure good communication and collaboration with the presidents of the 3 departmental branches of the Haitian Red Cross as well as with international partners in joint projects.
- Ensure capacity building of the team to achieve sectoral indicators to meet donor deliverables in a timely manner through accurate and concise reporting.
- Schedule and budget management to ensure the smooth running of activities without disruption or conflict.
- Conduct exits surveys and PDMs for the different types of activities and hold lessons learned workshops after analysis of the results to inform the sector on decisions to be made to improve their performance in the field.
